This is a water based sealer. whilst this will give a 5 year protection to the surface of the concrete. This will maintain a natural look not enhancing any colour neither giving a sheen or a gloss this will still protect the concrete from any water ingress.
The benefits of using a water seal for concrete offers moisture protection, preventing water penetration which will reduce damage especially in the colder weather and help protect against stains from chemicals, oils and grease. Using a water seal over your copings and/or pier caps will also prolong their lifespan by reducing surface wear.
