INVOICES
Payments are non-refundable if the order has started to be manufactured.
Orders that have started to be manufactured cannot be changed, a new order would need to be raised with Coping Stones UK.
Lead times are a rough estimate on how quick we can manufacture the product. These are only a guidance for you the customer and us the supplier. We try to aim to make sure all orders are sent out before the lead time is up but in some cases the lead time may need to be extended by Coping Stones UK
DELIVERIES
All deliveries are made by a 3rd party company not by Coping Stones UK
All deliveries will be delivered between 0900-1730 Monday-Friday.
Where you have provided the delivery address, you warrant that there is sufficient and suitable access to the delivery address capable of withstanding the size and weight of the delivery vehicle. Failure to advise of any access problems will result in additional charges.
All deliveries are kerb side only.
From time to time a delivery can be delayed through no fault of our own. Any late delivery will need to be informed in writing within 24 hours and a response will be sent back in writing within 10 working days.
Coping Stones UK LTD advises that the goods are unpackaged as soon as possible to reduce the chance of the product sweating in the packaging as all products are a natural material and need to be protected from any direct sunlight whilst still in the packaging.
PRODUCTS
All products are made to order and are non-returnable unless authorised by Coping Stones UK.
Due to using natural materials colours of products may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Coping stones UK colours may differ to other pre cast coping stones and pier cap manufacturers.
All our products are formed in pre cast moulds and we are currently working on a tolerance of +/- 4mm.
Any resin treated products may need a re application after a period of time dependant on the weathering process of the product.
COLLECTIONS
If you choose to collect the goods yourselves then Coping Stones UK in not liable for any damages that could occur during transportation.
DAMAGES
If for any reason the product is damaged in transit, then Coping Stones UK will need to know in writing within 24 Hours of delivery in order for Coping Stone UK to made a claim against the transport company.
Coping Stones UK will not be liable for any additional charges from the builder’s contractors if the item has been damaged whilst in transit. Coping Stones UK are a material supplier only and will only re-supplied damaged goods if the damages are reported in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
In paying for the goods in full you, the customer agrees to these term and conditions.
